The breakfasts served at Bed and Breakfast at Civano are ample as well as delicious.
Monday through Friday the aroma of coffee and muffins will draw you downstairs from your suite to the rosewood dining room table. There you will find juice, various cereals, fresh fruit, freshly baked muffins, butter, assorted jams, water for tea, and the morning paper.
On Saturday, you can set off for your day of touring Tucson after a hearty breakfast of Peach and Pecan Pancakes, maple syrup, peach butter, French scrambled eggs, bacon, juice, and coffee / tea.
On Sunday or Domingo, let's get into the local cuisine. It is Huevos Rancheros for your pleasure. Corn tortillas topped with refried beans, further topped with two sunnyside-up eggs, and further topped again with freshly made salsa. Add sausage, sprinkle on a few tortilla chips for garnish, coffee / tea and the Sunday paper. Take your time at the table. Enjoy!
